Chatathon 2026 is an in-person, three-hour AI hackathon focused on how technology can shape the future of work.

Participants will form teams, choose one of five sponsor-backed challenge tracks, and build a working project from kickoff to submission. The five tracks are Misneach, WHOOP, ProsperiFi, Snyk, and Klaviyo.

The event will include opening presentations, challenge prompts, participant packets, judging, and final project showcases. Each track will have its own winner and prize. The five track winners will advance to a final round judged around the theme of Future of Work, where an overall winner will be selected for recognition.

Event schedule:

  • Check-in: 12:00 PM

  • Welcome and kickoff: 12:45 PM

  • Hacking period: 12:45–3:45 PM

  • Preliminary judging: 4:00–4:45 PM

  • Final round: 5:00–6:15 PM

  • Awards and wrap-up: 6:15–6:30 PM

Requirements

Build a working AI-powered project that responds to the challenge prompt for one of the five tracks:

  • Misneach

  • WHOOP

  • ProsperiFi

  • Snyk

  • Klaviyo

Your project should demonstrate how AI can improve, transform, or reimagine the future of work.

Submit your project on Devpost by 3:45 PM ET. Your submission must include:

  1. Project title and short summary.

  2. The track you are entering.

  3. Problem statement and proposed solution.

  4. Explanation of how AI is used in the project.

  5. Description of how the project relates to the track prompt and the future of work.

  6. Link to your code repository, along with setup instructions.

  7. Demo link or demonstration instructions.

  8. Names of all team members.

 The five track winners will advance to a final round and present their projects for overall-winner recognition.
